What Can Be Returned?

Non-personalised items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging.
Personalised / customised items: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
⚠️ Damaged / incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately — no return needed.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Have all tags attached
  • Not be a personalised or custom-made product
  • Be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Not be a sale / clearance item (final sale)

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@yourstore.com with your order ID and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.

Get Approval
We'll review and send a return authorization with shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Ship the Item
Pack securely and ship back to us. We'll cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items.

Get Refunded
Once we verify the return, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds go to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, PayPal, etc.)
  • UPI refunds: 2-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days (may vary by bank)
  • Store credit option available immediately

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange non-personalised items within 7 days. The item must be in original condition. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Item

We pack every order with care, but things can go wrong. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Email us at hello@yourstore.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  • We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged item

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalised / custom-made products (unless defective)
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Items not in original condition
  • Sale / clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards / coupon codes
