How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation instantly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@yourstore.com. Once personalisation begins, we cannot cancel or change orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also log into your account and track from the "My Orders" section.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us with your name and order details and we'll confirm it for you.
How do I add personalisation to a product?
On the product page, you'll see a "Personalisation" text field. Type your name, message, or details, and we'll add it to your order. If unsure, just order and email us your requirements.
Is there an extra charge for personalisation?
No! Personalisation is included in the price for all eligible products. No hidden fees.
What font / design styles are available?
We use elegant script and clean print fonts. If you have a specific preference, mention it in the personalisation box or email us after ordering.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised items take 2-4 additional business days before shipping. We aim to get them out as fast as possible without compromising quality.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within India is free for orders above ₹599. Below ₹599, a flat ₹49 is charged. International shipping starts at ₹499 depending on destination.
How long does delivery take?
India: 4-7 business days (+ personalisation time). UAE/Singapore: 7-10 days. USA/UK/EU: 10-14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and more via DHL, FedEx, and registered post.
Can I get express delivery?
Express delivery is available in major Indian cities. Select "Express" at checkout (₹149 extra). Delivered within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for non-personalised items in original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Read full policy →
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery to hello@yourstore.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost immediately.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, EMI via Razorpay (India); Visa/Mastercard via Stripe (International); and PayPal (Global). All payments are 100% secure.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes, EMI is available for orders above ₹3,000 through Razorpay (for major bank credit cards). You'll see EMI options at checkout.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes! Enter your coupon in the cart page before checkout. Current codes: SAVE10, WELCOME25, FIRST20. Coupons cannot be combined.
Do you offer bulk/corporate orders?
